For Manitoba Mentors Pilot Schools

Students who are attending Daniel McIntyre Collegiate, R. B. Russell Vocational High School, Westwood Collegiate, Oak Park High School, Glenlawn Collegiate, Steinbach Regional Secondary, Miles Macdonell Collegiate, Portage Collegiate Institute and St. Norbert Collegiate who are interested in participating in the Manitoba Mentors Program can download and complete the Protégé Application as indicated. Students must notify the teacher responsible for the program in their school and mail in all supporting documentation with their application.

· Gain a realistic understanding of the world of work

If you answered “Yes” to these questions, then consider participating in Manitoba Mentors! Manitoba Mentors can help you with your career decisions by providing you with career exploration opportunities through industry tours, school presentations and one-to-one mentoring.

For Other Schools/Agencies

In addition to the participating pilot schools, Manitoba Mentors Industry Group Tours and Speakers Bureau activities will be available to all young people between the ages of 14-18 years, who have been referred to the program by a school, youth serving agency or parent/guardian in the city of Winnipeg. Educators/agencies are to complete the Industry Tour/Speaker Request form.
